Description

Lead business testing teams to support modernization initiatives across welfare systems, defining test strategies and managing release readiness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement overall test strategies, including team roles, tools, and processes.
• Create comprehensive test plans covering objectives, scope, risks, and release schedules.
• Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle, including documentation, tracking, and reporting.
• Develop and manage manual User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and scenarios.
• Oversee release management and determine if increments are ready for release.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience creating test models for product testing and release control.
• 3+ years of experience in coordination and management roles.
• Proficiency with IBES, Nexi, Mia, and eVerif-I.
• Experience with Release management.
• Practical knowledge of Scrum Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to define measurements and metrics for the testing process.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders in high-stress and virtual environments.
