Description

Lead the testing lifecycle and process improvements for client systems within a Scrum Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall test strategy, including team roles, tools, and processes.
• Develop comprehensive test plans covering objectives, risks, dependencies, and schedules for specific releases.
• Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle, including documentation, tracking, and reporting.
• Design manual user acceptance testing processes, scenarios, and plans for business users.
• Consolidate automated load and regression testing tools to improve testing effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software testing and test management.
• Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Acceptance Testing.
• Proficiency in Regression Testing and managing automated test suites.
• Direct experience working within Scrum Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to create detailed test cases to validate business requirements.
• Experience with release management.
• Skill in generating testing metrics and progress status reports.
• Ability to manage integrated testing and partner testing workflows.
