Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Validate application functionality against business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA, and Development teams throughout the UAT process.
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing during UAT.
• Verify bug fixes and conduct re-testing after issue resolution.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a business-user perspective.
• Ensure test evidence and documentation are complete and accurate.
• Support test planning, execution, and sign-off activities.
• Report testing progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders.
• Assist in production readiness and post-deployment validation.
• Ensure applications meet business expectations before release.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in UAT, Functional Testing, or Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience creating and executing UAT test cases and test scenarios.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of SQL for basic data validation.
• Experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps Test Plans, TestRail, or HP ALM.
• Experience testing web, mobile, or enterprise applications.
• ISTQB Foundation Certification is a plus.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, Banking, Healthcare, or Insurance applications is an advantage.
