Description

Lead user acceptance testing for business-critical applications, bridging the gap between development and business stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional test cases and validate user stories against business requirements.
• Collaborate with business teams to define acceptance criteria and clarify requirements.
• Manage test execution, defect tracking, and reporting using Jira and TestRail.
• Coordinate UAT cycles, ensuring timely resolution of issues before production release.
• Create and manage test reports and metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional and user acceptance testing.
• Proficiency with Jira and TestRail.
• Strong ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical business partners.
• Ability to work independently in a structured environment.

Preferred Skills

• Background in e-commerce, B2B, B2C, or telecom domains.
• Experience with test automation frameworks.
