Description

You will own the business process side of User Acceptance Testing for enterprise-level applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and decompose business requirements to create effective test plans and test cases.
• Execute manual and automated testing for system requirements, enhancements, and fixes.
• Research and troubleshoot data issues to define root causes and log defects through closure.
• Extract and query pharmacy claims data from RxCLAIM/AS400 for audits and reporting.
• Create UAT documentation, process workflows, and communications to ensure repeatable testing processes.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of User Acceptance Testing experience focused on business processes rather than software UAT.
• Strong working knowledge of IBM AS400 and RxCLAIM systems.
• 2+ years of experience in business process and data analysis.
• Experience writing test cases from business requirements and validating results for enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to use query language to pull data from relational databases.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing process documentation and improvement workflows.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule during peak periods from November through January.
