Description

Lead planning, coordination, and control of testing activities for WINGS IT systems and services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all user acceptance testing activities to ensure system requirements are met.
• Develop and define appropriate test methods and tools to validate system functions.
• Ensure 100% of test cases are created, executed, and validated against requirements.
• Coordinate the UAT schedule and verify environment readiness prior to testing cycles.
• Mentor testers and manage the re-testing process once defect fixes are deployed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a UAT Testing Manager.
• Proven experience managing testing for public sector healthcare system implementation projects.
• Expertise in UAT methodology and test case lifecycle management.
• Ability to coordinate testing schedules and manage defect re-testing workflows.
• Experience working within Medicaid systems or similar public sector IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of testing tools and methodologies.
