Description

You will lead User Acceptance Testing and quality assurance efforts across the software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage UAT strategy, guiding teams through all testing phases.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve reported software defects and system issues.
• Coordinate sprint review feedback between vendor teams and business subject matter experts.
• Track, prioritize, and manage defects while leading defect triage sessions.
• Provide weekly reporting on UAT progress, testing results, and defect status.

Required Skills

• 7+ years overseeing UAT, performance, accessibility, interface, security, and data conversion testing.
• 7+ years managing and reporting on testing activities across modern technology platforms.
• 7+ years creating, reviewing, and updating test strategies, test suites, and test cases.
• 7+ years documenting and reporting test results, integration issues, and defect status.
• 7+ years coordinating testing teams, schedules, and testing activities.
• 7+ years providing training and mentorship to QA/testing team members.
• Proficiency with Jira, TestSavvy, JUnit, Selenium, Microfocus UFT, and SQL.
• 7+ years working within the full SDLC, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce testing environments.
• Experience working with large government or public sector organizations.
