Description

Design, configure, and deploy Unified Communications, video, VoIP, and data networks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Cisco VoIP telephony, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and network infrastructure.
• Manage and troubleshoot SIP trunks, SBCs, SFB, O365, and Teams to ensure service continuity.
• Perform high and low-level network planning, optimization, and operational support.
• Diagnose and resolve network faults and incidents under pressure to minimize business impact.
• Provide technical leadership, training to lower-level engineers, and documentation for all network infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering and Unified Communications.
• Strong expertise in Cisco UC/Collaboration and UCCX.
• CCNP Collaboration level proficiency.
• Deep understanding of VoIP/SIP, TCP, UDP, switching, and routing protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and load balancers.
• Proven experience administering O365 and Enterprise Voice Services.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical network or process designs.
• Experience working with TAC support to resolve hardware and software issues.

Preferred Skills

• CCIE certification.
• ITIL V3 Foundation.
