Description

You will manage and maintain UCCE, ICM, and Cisco IPT infrastructure, owning major version upgrades, platform migrations, and incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute major version upgrades and platform migrations for UCCE and ICM environments.
• Troubleshoot Cisco Dialer and SIP call flows to resolve complex telephony issues.
• Manage incidents and release cycles with end-to-end ownership.
• Coordinate directly with Cisco TAC and third-party vendors for resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with UCCE, ICM, and Cisco IPT infrastructure.
• Expertise in SIP protocol and SIP call flow troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Dialer troubleshooting.
• Proven track record in major version upgrades and platform migrations.
• Strong incident and release management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.
