Description

You will own UI test automation for Excel-based add-ins.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements for the FDR Excel-based add-in.
• Develop and maintain automated UI test scripts using UFT.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze resulting data.
• Identify, report, and track defects alongside the development team.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in UI test automation experience.
• Proficiency with UFT (Unified Functional Testing).
• Strong expertise in VBScript.
• Experience with Excel object model and Office automation.
• Proficiency with SQL queries and database concepts.
• Experience with Bitbucket and GitHub for source control.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Bamboo or GitHub Actions.
• Ability to write reusable and maintainable code in VBScript or JavaScript.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Postman or similar API testing tools.
