Description

You will translate UX requirements into actionable user stories and coordinate project execution across workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Document UX requirements into granular user stories for technical delivery.
• Identify task owners and manage communication between product and technology teams regarding milestones and handshakes.
• Track workstream tasks and escalate blockers to ensure delivery.
• Analyze and document business and technical processes and workflows.
• Coordinate with offshore resources to support execution as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project support, PMO, or coordination roles.
• Proficiency in MS Project for creating and tracking project plans.
• Experience working and managing projects within an Agile environment.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Strong ability to document and communicate complex technical issues.
• Proven experience managing meeting notes, distribution, and project documentation.
• Strong organizational and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

• VBA and macro experience for Excel automation.
• Knowledge of HL7.
