Translate UX requirements into actionable user stories and coordinate task execution across workstreams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate UX requirements into detailed user stories for delivery.
• Identify task owners and manage contact details for all workstream participants.
• Review handshake and milestone tasks between product and technology teams.
• Track workstream progress and escalate issues to management.
• Coordinate with offshore resources to support project execution.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong Excel analysis skills, including VBA and macro experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Project.
• Experience managing projects within an Agile environment.
• Ability to analyze and document business and technical workflows.
• Basic project management, PMO, or project coordination experience.
• Ability to create and track simple project plans.
• Distribute meeting notes and maintain clear records.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all organizational levels.

Preferred Skills

• Organizational and conflict resolution skills.
• 2 years of experience.
