Description

You will lead front-end architecture and implementation for complex web applications, balancing hands-on coding with strategic technical direction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical stories to define detailed technical requirements and working practices.
• Write high-quality code, implement automated tests, and support release and iteration planning.
• Resolve high-priority defects and deploy fixes to production systems with minimal disruption.
• Conduct constructive code reviews to maintain coding standards, prevent regressions, and mentor developers.
• Investigate and propose new technologies to improve SDLC practices and team capabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of front-end development experience.
• 5+ years with Angular and React.js.
• 3+ years in an Architect role with strong UX principles and design understanding.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
• Experience with CSS-in-JS libraries (styled-components, emotion, or JSS).
• Strong testing skills using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Hands-on experience with Webpack, Create React App, Redux/Recoil, Sagas, and Formik.
• Experience in the banking domain.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with charting libraries like D3, Recharts, Nivo, Victory, or Reakit.
