Description

You will lead the architecture and implementation of scalable, reusable UI components within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture of scalable UI components in AEM using React, Vue, or Angular.
• Develop and maintain design systems using Tailwind, MUI, or Adobe Spectrum to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Define integration workflows between Figma designs and Storybook to streamline design-to-engineering collaboration.
• Drive adoption of modern front-end workflows including linting, testing, CI/CD, and performance monitoring.
• Review code and mentor UI developers to ensure clean, accessible, and maintainable codebases.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of front-end/UI development experience with 3+ years in UI architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in implementing design systems within AEM.
• Proficiency in React (preferred), Vue, or Angular.
• Strong knowledge of AEM Sites components, including editable templates, HTL/Sightly, and client libraries.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, MUI, or Adobe Spectrum.
• Hands-on experience with component-driven development and atomic design principles.
• Ability to integrate design systems using Figma and Storybook.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated UI testing.
• Competency in HTML and modern front-end tools.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Sites Developer or Architect).
• Experience in hybrid AEM-SPA architecture.
• Familiarity with GraphQL or REST API integration.
