Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable frontend systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement efficient, reusable frontend components using component-driven design patterns.
• Enforce coding standards and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality, maintainable codebases.
• Document architectural decisions, patterns, and guidelines to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and perform browser-based debugging to ensure optimal user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate vague requirements into well-defined technical projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in frontend development and UI architecture.
• Expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• Deep understanding of UI architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with component-driven UI architecture and large-scale JavaScript application architectures.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux and tools such as Webpack, Enzyme, and Flux.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Ability to manage the development funnel from vague requirements to defined stakeholder commitments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with global teams to solve complex business needs.
• Background in innovation development projects.
