Description

You will lead front-end architecture and technical decision-making across multiple development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example as a high-level individual contributor while guiding technical direction.
• Facilitate technical discussions, resolve conflicts, and take ownership of architectural decisions.
• Architect and maintain large-scale applications using component-based architectures.
• Research and adopt new technologies to improve the front-end stack.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly through written documentation and video calls.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of front-end web development experience.
• Extensive experience with ReactJS.
• In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and BEM methodology.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6), DOM manipulation, and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience working with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and Largest Contentful Paint (LCP).
• Implementation of Web Accessibility (WCAG) guidelines.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git, SVN, or Mercurial.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools including Babel, Webpack, and NPM.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Redux, Vue, or component-based architectures.
• Knowledge of CSS frameworks like Less, Sass, or Tailwind.
• Experience with Design Systems and the Atomic design paradigm.
