Description

Lead the architectural consolidation and rewriting of internal and acquired applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation of existing applications to eliminate duplication.
• Perform hands-on development to resolve highly technical issues.
• Audit existing codebases to identify and fix structural issues in wrappers and APIs.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
• Guide the team through technical roadblocks during the application re-write process.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of principal-level experience with Angular.
• Expertise in Angular 12 and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with NX Monorepo.
• Ability to analyze and refactor complex existing codebases.
• Strong communication and soft skills for team guidance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in startup environments.
• Background in consolidating multiple applications into unified systems.
• Experience with .NET/C# or Node.js.
