Description

Role Summary:
 

We are seeking an experienced UI Architect to lead the design and development of scalable front-end architecture and integration with microservices-based backends. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in React and Node.js or Python, combined with proven experience in system design, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
 

Responsibilities:
 

Lead UI architecture design for scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications
 

Drive end-to-end system design including front-end and integration with backend microservices
 

Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to define architecture and implementation roadmap
 

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers
 

Define coding standards, best practices, and enforce quality through code reviews
 

Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications
 

Own technical decisions and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
 

Requirements:
 

6 to 8 years of experience in full-stack development with architectural responsibilities
 

Strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
 

Solid backend development experience in Node.js or Python
 

Experience in designing and integrating with Microservices and REST APIs
 

Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications
 

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and cross-browser compatibility
 

Proficiency with containerization (Docker), CI/CD workflows, and Git
 

Nice to Have:
 

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
 

Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or serverless architecture
 

Exposure to DevOps practices and tools
