Description

Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable Next.js-based web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable architecture blueprints using modular, component-based patterns.
• Build and maintain reusable React component libraries with integrated branding and theming.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure adherence to architectural standards across development teams.
• Optimize application performance through code optimization, caching strategies, and infrastructure improvements.
• Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines to automate development and streamline deployments.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on technology development experience in complex React-based web development.
• Expertise in Next.js, including components, rendering, handlers, server actions, and advanced routing.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Deep knowledge of React and state management libraries such as Redux.
• Experience with Node.js and API development (REST).
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in Responsive Web Design (RWD) and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with build tools including Vite, Vercel, and Vitest.
• Competency in testing frameworks such as Jest.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Financial domain, specifically Credit Unions or Mortgages.
