Description

You will architect scalable, high-performance UI platforms for enterprise applications, defining front-end strategy and integrating Generative AI capabilities into customer-facing interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise-grade UI platforms that are scalable, maintainable, and performant.
• Define and implement AI-augmented UI architectures, integrating LLMs and GenAI services into digital tools.
• Establish UI architectural standards, coding guidelines, and reusable design patterns across development teams.
• Partner with Data Science, ML Engineering, and Product teams to deliver intelligent, compliant, and scalable UI solutions.
• Mentor development teams on UI architecture, framework usage, and implementation best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on React experience building enterprise-scale applications.
• 2+ years of experience with Remix or Next.js, including SSR, routing, and performance optimization.
• Strong command of TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Deep understanding of UI architecture principles, component design, state management, and modular front-end patterns.
• Experience integrating or developing with LLMs and Generative AI services in front-end environments.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering concepts and interaction design for AI-powered interfaces.
• Experience architecting AI inference-aware UI systems, including latency-sensitive rendering and streaming responses.
• Working knowledge of AWS services and cloud-based UI architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and automated quality gates.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Sitecore or headless CMS platforms.
• Working knowledge of Node.js for front-end platform enablement.
