You will define and own the architecture for the FIOS Suite modernization effort.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall micro frontend architecture, including routing, shell design, and inter-component communication.
• Design incremental migration strategies from legacy screens to new micro frontend components.
• Establish standards for UI consistency, theming, and branding across all frontend modules.
• Build and manage deployment pipelines enabling independent development and release for micro frontend teams.
• Drive the implementation of a unified, intuitive, and responsive user experience across the suite.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI architecture or senior frontend development.
• Deep expertise with modern JavaScript frameworks: React, Angular, and Vue.
• Strong understanding of micro frontend patterns (Module Federation, Web Components).
• Experience with legacy UI migration and integration strategies.
• Familiarity with designing contracts for inter-micro frontend communication (events, shared state).
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of backend-for-frontend (BFF) patterns.
• Experience optimizing UI for fast load times using code splitting and lazy loading.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD tools and containerization technologies.
