You will own the technical direction and architecture of user interfaces, ensuring consistency and high-quality experiences across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UI architecture, design systems, style guides, and patterns for application-wide consistency.
• Establish coding standards for HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, conducting regular code reviews to enforce compliance.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to align UI design with technical and business requirements.
• Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to refine designs based on user feedback.
• Optimize interfaces for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility while implementing secure design principles.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience leading design and software delivery teams.
• Expertise in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with modern frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience implementing responsive design and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable front-end code.
• Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, or Figma.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
