Lead UI automation initiatives and define QA strategy for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement comprehensive QA strategy covering functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Lead UI automation using Selenium and Java, building or maintaining frameworks for web and mobile apps.
• Design and execute regression suites to ensure continuous release stability across critical business workflows.
• Integrate automation suites with Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD execution.
• Identify high-usage scenarios, establish test coverage, and oversee framework scalability and maintainability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in UI Automation.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Selenium.
• Experience defining and implementing QA strategies for functional and regression testing.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Ability to develop new automation frameworks or optimize existing ones.
• Experience with browser stack or similar web-based testing tools.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end testing across web and mobile applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing a mix of automation and manual testing efforts.
• Background in performance testing and optimization practices.
