Description

You will own the testing and validation processes for software delivery, focusing on UI automation, backend data reconciliation, and issue troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute complex SQL queries against Oracle and Hive databases to support testing efforts.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and the Robot Framework.
• Perform UI testing and automation using Selenium.
• Compare large datasets for validation and reconciliation using SQL and Python.
• Analyze backend data flows and application logs to troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, specifically with Oracle and Hive databases.
• Expertise in Python, particularly with the Robot Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for UI automation.
• Solid understanding of Unix/Linux commands and environments.
• Knowledge of database fundamentals, including indexing, constraints, and normalization.
• Ability to efficiently compare and validate large datasets.
