Description

You will own functional testing and UI automation for system enhancements. You design test strategies, manage defects, and engage with business analysts to assess impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and document test plans, cases, and automation strategies for system changes.
• Manage the defect lifecycle from identification through resolution.
• Analyze functional specifications and collaborate with Business Analysts and IT partners.
• Support regression testing and impact assessments on demand.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing roles.
• UI automation using Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, or TestNG.
• Core Java proficiency.
• Experience with SQL/Oracle and Unix environments.
• Hadoop experience.
• Ability to write Excel macros and Excel VBA.
• Ability to work independently across all development and testing phases.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AWS.
• Basic knowledge of Python.
