Description

You will lead a collaborative UI/UX design team to create interactive interfaces and user experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UI/UX design team through collaborative design processes.
• Create wireframes, mockups, rapid prototypes, storyboards, and site maps to communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research to build journey maps, use case workflows, and process flows.
• Collaborate with developers and researchers to implement design solutions.
• Present designs and defend solutions to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience designing interactive user interfaces.
• Proven experience leading a UI design team.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills and user-system interaction sensitivity.
• Experience with graphic design for desktop or cloud applications in technical domains.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Demonstrable knowledge of research methodologies.
• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Linux UI.
• Experience in analytics or machine learning (AI) domains.
