Description

You will design flows and experiences for multiple platforms, focusing on simplicity and elegance.

Responsibilities

• Design new experiences or layouts that evolve or define visual systems.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and content strategists to oversee the user experience from conception to launch.
• Work independently to complete projects at the level of whole features within a scoped domain.
• Give and solicit feedback from other designers to maintain quality standards.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience building and shipping applications or software across various platforms.
• 2+ years of interaction design experience with the ability to define experience behavior based on user needs.
• 2+ years of prototyping experience.
• 2+ years of visual design experience, including typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, and iconography.
• 2+ years of strategic product thinking to identify opportunities and make impact-based decisions.
• Proficiency in wireframing, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
• Ability to clearly and succinctly articulate team goals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience showcasing end-to-end design processes, including interaction artifacts and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Experience connecting design work with related initiatives across an organization.
