Description

Key Responsibilities
✅ Design reusable UI components, design patterns, color systems, iconography, typography, and spacing guidelines.
✅ Build and maintain comprehensive design system documentation using Zeroheight and Storybook.
✅ Define governance standards, usage guidelines, best practices, and Do's & Don'ts for enterprise-wide adoption.
✅ Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Accessibility teams to ensure scalable and accessible design solutions.
✅ Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
✅ Ensure compliance with modern web and mobile accessibility (WCAG) standards.
✅ Support component-based design workflows and CMS-driven digital experiences.
🎯 Required Skills
✔ Direct experience leading Global Design Systems (Mandatory) – Profiles without this experience will not be considered.
✔ Expert-level proficiency with Figma and interactive prototyping.
✔ Strong understanding of Accessibility Standards (WCAG) for web and mobile platforms.
✔ Experience designing within CMS and component-based design systems.
✔ Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
✔ Front-end development knowledge is a strong advantage
