You will translate business and brand strategies into visual frameworks for mobile platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create atomic UI components within Figma libraries and the Fractal design system for iOS and Android.
• Produce optimized graphical elements, including icons, brand banners, and promotional assets.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, UX, Accessibility, and QA teams to establish mobile interaction guidelines.
• Develop style guides covering color, imagery, typography, and brand identity application.
• Document and archive emerging patterns within mobile documentation files.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a UI Designer.
• Proven experience in User Experience (UX) and User Experience Design (UED).
• Expertise in User Interface Design for mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in designing for iOS and Android interfaces.
• Experience working with design systems and atomic component libraries.
• Ability to incorporate digital accessibility considerations into design workflows.
• Experience using Figma for library management and component properties.
• Strong understanding of mobile pattern development and interaction guidelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting creative reviews and iterating on ideas using a user-centered approach.
• Ensuring design cohesion and component flexibility through the use of component properties.
