Description

You will build, scale, and deploy APIs within a cloud environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform development and decompose agile user stories into atomic units of work for development sprints.
• Contribute to the development, testing, profiling, monitoring, and deployment of APIs.
• Work within a DevOps model to manage application lifecycles and participate in technical discussions regarding the product roadmap.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SOAP and REST web services.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with AngularJS and Angular 6+.
• Knowledge of Node 6 and above, Maven 3.6+, and RDBMS.
• Practical knowledge of Git/Bitbucket version control and branching strategies.
• Experience consuming REST APIs using asynchronous methods.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab.
• Experience with Cloud Applications using PCF and Apigee.
• Understanding of OAuth2, Application Security methodologies, Splunk logging, and Agile Scrum.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Groovy, Grails, and Spock Test framework.
