Description

Build functional, accessible user interfaces from high-level requirements, ensuring ADA compliance for web PDFs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into interaction flows and functional user interfaces.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define product visuals and experience.
• Execute visual design stages from concept through engineering hand-off.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas.
• Apply proper headings for screen reader navigation and ensure correct table tagging.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field.
• Minimum three years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe PDF Pro (3 years).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (3 years).
• Intermediate level of HTML coding (2 years).
• Knowledge of JavaScript/CSS (2 years).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with accessibility standards beyond basic ADA compliance.
