Description

You will own the design and implementation of complex Enterprise Web/SaaS and Mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design efforts for complex Enterprise Web/SaaS and Mobile applications.
• Create and maintain Information Architecture (IA) documents, including wireframes, user stories, personas, customer journey maps, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Produce high-quality deliverables in fast-paced sprint cycles and present them in stakeholder UX review meetings.
• Conduct problem discovery research to uncover deep user insights and apply findings to design solutions.
• Apply design systems thinking to handle complex cross-functional inputs and translate them into actionable UX requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Information Architecture, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD.
• Proven ability to design for Enterprise Web/SaaS and Mobile applications.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting user research, problem discovery, and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills when presenting designs to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to question assumptions, gather and analyze information, and innovate design solutions.
