Description

You will own the design and implementation of complex Enterprise Web/SaaS and Mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design efforts for enterprise web and mobile applications.
• Create and maintain Information Architecture documents, including wireframes, user stories, personas, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Produce high-quality deliverables within sprint cycles and present designs in stakeholder reviews.
• Conduct problem discovery research to uncover user insights and apply findings to design solutions.
• Apply design systems thinking to translate cross-functional inputs into actionable UX requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or Information Architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD.
• Proven ability to design for Enterprise Web/SaaS and Mobile applications.
• Experience in conducting user research, problem discovery, and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
