Job Description Job title: UI Developer (React.js) Work Location: Noida Division/Department: Minerva Development Team Reports to: Technical Manager About the Organization: Equipped integrate loan management and portfolio monitoring into a single, institutional-grade foundation, applying intelligent data ingestion and automation to replace manual dependencies across the investment lifecycle. By transforming unstructured information into high-precision, real-time data flows, Equipped enables teams to monitor risk, performance, and exposures with confidence. The result is greater operational control, clearer oversight, and a platform built to scale alongside modern private credit strategies. The Role: We are looking for a UI Developer proficient in React.js and modern front-end technologies to join our Minerva Development Team. The primary focus of the role will be developing rich, responsive user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Redux and component-driven / ATOMIC design), for both the Minerva platform and bespoke client solutions in the lending and private equity domains. The incumbent will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust, performant, and easy to maintain, and will coordinate with team members working on other layers of the application (APIs, backend services) to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and a quality product is essential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Develop new user-facing features and reusable UI components using React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ECMA6 and above). • Translate business requirements, wireframes, and UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive, cross- browser-compatible code. • Collaborate with product management, backend engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. • Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers. • Build and maintain reusable code, component libraries, and front-end standards for future use. • Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and secure authorization mechanisms. • Participate in code reviews, promote design guidelines and best practices, and uphold coding standards. • Work as an individual contributor and independent thinker, able to deliver with minimal supervision while collaborating closely with the wider team
