Description

You will build and maintain desktop application user interfaces using C++ and C# on the Windows platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain graphical user interfaces using Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).
• Implement asynchronous programming patterns in C# to ensure responsive UI performance.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts in astrodynamics to translate complex domain concepts into intuitive interfaces.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles in C++ and .NET environments.
• Learn and apply new domain terminology and technical requirements quickly.

Required Skills

• Experience developing desktop application software with C++.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET frameworks.
• Strong experience with asynchronous programming in C#.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft’s Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).
• Ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively with technical SMEs.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience in graphical user interface design and development.

Preferred Skills

• Considerable C# and WPF experience if C++ background is limited.
• Background in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or natural sciences.
