Description

You will own front-end engineering for the Bank of America Authentication Hub, translating designs into functional, cross-browser compatible interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6), ensuring performance and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with backend systems to supply data for online banking functionalities and integrate with server-side logic.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirement gathering, code reviews, and user acceptance testing.
• Work with Performance Testing and Monitoring teams to tune application performance and resolve scalability issues.
• Estimate effort, evaluate new technologies, and provide technical feedback on design aspects and security standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in front-end engineering with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in ES6+, Ajax, and responsive web design methodologies.
• Strong understanding of core front-end technologies and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with full-stack development concepts, including server-side scripting.
• Knowledge of object-oriented design principles and software engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, source control, and build processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
