You will translate high-level requirements into intuitive user interfaces and interaction flows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate feedback to refine product direction.
• Ensure digital accessibility compliance by adding proper headings, alt text, ARIA tags, and high-contrast colors.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe PDF Pro (minimum 3 years).
• Intermediate HTML coding skills (minimum 2 years).
• Knowledge of JavaScript and CSS (minimum 2 years).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience presenting and defending designs to executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to establish and promote design guidelines and best practices.
