Key Responsibilities
✔️ Analyze, design, develop, implement, and support complex enterprise applications.
✔️ Evaluate customer and business requirements and recommend effective technical solutions.
✔️ Collaborate with business users and internal teams to understand system requirements and resolve application issues.
✔️ Participate in system design reviews, technical discussions, and problem-resolution activities.
✔️ Review and support functional and technical design documents.
✔️ Analyze system changes, evaluate feasibility, identify alternative solutions, and define backup procedures.
✔️ Develop new applications and enhance existing systems while ensuring compliance with approved technical standards.
✔️ Support enterprise UI modernization and improve user experiences across digital platforms.
✔️ Contribute to the development of reusable UI components and scalable front-end solutions.
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Minimum 4+ years of relevant UI Development experience
✅ Strong experience developing front-end web applications using ServiceNow
✅ Proficiency in modern front-end technologies:
Angular
React
Vue.js
HTML5 / CSS3
JavaScript / TypeScript
Bootstrap
Figma
JSON
YAML
✅ Strong hands-on experience with CSS development, from design through implementation.
✅ Experience developing design systems and reusable UI component libraries.
✅ Experience consolidating multiple user-facing applications into a consistent and scalable UI framework.
✅ Knowledge of multi-tier enterprise applications, including:
Web Services
APIs
Clustered Environments
Database Servers
Application Servers
Report Servers
✅ Strong understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies.
✅ Experience evaluating, developing, testing, integrating, and troubleshooting enterprise software systems.
✅ Experience working in an Agile environment using:
Jira
Confluence
Git
🎓 Education
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related IT discipline is required.
⭐ Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field is preferred
