Description

You will design and implement HTML5-based trading and sales functions with a focus on usability and aesthetic consistency.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects from inception to delivery, including gathering business requirements and translating them into technical designs.
• Lead and manage the workload of offshore teams in LATAM and India.
• Provide coding guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Apply best practices throughout the full SDLC, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide 2nd level support for implemented solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience across the full lifecycle.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and NodeJS.
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and SCSS.
• Experience with WebSocket streaming and building real-time visual applications.
• Deep understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, functional programming, and reactive design patterns.
• Extensive experience in both client-side and server-side development.
• Experience working within structured development processes and methodologies.
• Strong ability to work independently to meet deadlines and standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Open Fin, AGGrid, or other financial grid-based products.
• Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot 2.0, REST APIs, and PUB/SUB architecture.
• Familiarity with Fixed Income Electronic Trading, Bond Math, or platforms like Bloomberg D2C, MarketAxess, or Tradeweb.
• Experience with AWS services, SQL scripting, or in-memory databases like AMPs or GridGain.
• Background in AngularJS or Angular 2+.
