Description

You translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, building intuitive and functional user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute visual design stages from concept through final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original ideas to simplify complex design roadblocks.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field.
• At least three years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe PDF Pro (3 years).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (3 years).
• Intermediate level of HTML coding (2 years).
• Knowledge of JavaScript/CSS (2 years).
• Ability to apply proper headings for screen reader navigation.
• Experience ensuring correct table tagging and form field descriptions for accessibility.
