You translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and functional user interfaces.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute visual design stages from concept through final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize ideas that simplify complex design roadblocks, creating wireframes, user flows, and site maps.
• Conduct user research and evaluate resulting user feedback.
• Establish and promote design guidelines and accessibility standards.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field.
• Three or more years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (3 years).
• Proficiency in Adobe PDF Pro (3 years).
• Intermediate level of HTML coding (2 years).
• Knowledge of JavaScript/CSS (2 years).
• Ability to ensure accessibility standards, including proper heading structure, alt text, and form field tagging.
