You translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and functional user interfaces, collaborating with product and engineering to define product direction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual design stages from concept through final hand-off to engineering.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with product management to implement product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Conduct user research and evaluate feedback to simplify complex design roadblocks.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field.
• At least three years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (3+ years).
• Proficiency in Adobe PDF Pro (3+ years).
• Intermediate level of HTML coding (2+ years).
• Knowledge of JavaScript and CSS (2+ years).
• Ability to apply proper headings for screen reader navigation.
• Experience ensuring correct table tagging and form field descriptions for accessibility.
