Description

You will build complex web-application user interfaces, converting mockups into functional components while collaborating with backend teams on architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Convert UX mockups into high-performance, accessible interfaces following ADA Section 508 and WCAG guidelines.
• Develop reusable JavaScript components and web-based UI frameworks.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to architect solutions aligned with data services.
• Debug UI code, tune performance, and implement web security measures against XSS and CSRF.
• Lead UI development efforts within software projects.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in web-application UI design and implementation.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/ECMAScript 6.
• Proficiency with React (Flux/Redux), Angular, Vue, jQuery, or OpenUI5.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and methodologies like BEM or OOCSS.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience with unit testing using Jest, Karma, or QUnit.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP caching, and OAuth/SAML.
• 1 year of experience leading UI development in a software project.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public cloud operation models and CDNs (Akamai, CloudFront).
• Familiarity with Java, Python, Swift, or Go.
• Contributions to open-source projects on GitHub.
