Description

You will lead front-end development efforts with a focus on React.js architecture and team mentorship.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mentor developers in React.js to improve technical capabilities and productivity.
• Conduct code reviews and establish quality assurance processes to ensure coding standards.
• Optimize application performance through debugging and profiling techniques.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, assess architectural alternatives, and identify component breakdown risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and provide detailed status reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI development.
• Advanced proficiency in React.js and the associated ecosystem, including Redux.
• Strong command of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience implementing responsive design principles.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with Git for version control and code management.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• React.js certification.
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or similar qualifications.
