Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical direction for a team of developers located across different geographical locations.
• Forecast technical advances and innovation opportunities for user interface development projects.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews of development work performed by team members.
• Resolve variety of high impact problems and projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to overall architecture blueprint.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, and debugging.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how business areas integrate to accomplish organizational goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Serve as adviser or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Assess risk appropriately when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for firm's reputation.

Experience Required: 8+ years software development experience. Either 3+ years in WPF OR 5+ years in React. Extensive development experience, specifically with building User Interfaces. Experience in managing and implementing successful projects. Proven ability to work in high pressure environment with flexibility to work across global teams and time zones.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
