You will lead the UI engineering team to deliver scalable technology solutions in an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage team performance through regular evaluations, mentoring, and clear career pathing.
• Architect flexible, scalable technical solutions and set development best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Business Development, and Operations to deliver high-quality technology.
• Partner with UI designers and business analysts to estimate and plan projects within Agile workflows.
• Guide engineers in optimizing workflows and navigating organizational uncertainty.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in engineering or technical leadership.
• Strong proficiency in React Native, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with GraphQL and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies.
• Proven people and performance management skills.
• Deep familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Working knowledge of DevOps practices.
