Description

Lead front-end design and development initiatives while managing software engineers to ensure delivery of engineering requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and task-manage software engineers through technical guidance and oversight.
• Drive front-end design and development strategies.
• Implement design concepts including Responsive Design, Progressive Enhancement, Adaptive Rendering, and Minimal Download Strategy.
• Optimize user interface performance.
• Operate within Agile development methodologies and frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in front-end design and development.
• 5+ years of experience with React, Angular, and Web Components.
• Expert-level proficiency in HTML and CSS.
• 3+ years of experience using Figma and Adobe tools.
• Strong understanding of UI performance optimization techniques.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Minimal Download Strategy.
