Description

You will integrate Agent Assist UI modules into enterprise customer Agent Desktop frontends. You solve scalability, reliability, and performance challenges while collaborating with the UI Engineering team to drive product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Agent Assist UI modules into customer environments.
• Solve technical challenges regarding scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with the UI Engineering team to align integration efforts.
• Relay customer challenges to the UI Engineering team to drive product feature improvements.
• Author UI integration playbooks to scale integration processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development, or 1 year with an advanced degree.
• 5+ years of experience with front-end frameworks, full-stack development, or API development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with Node.js and Express.js.
• Understanding of web standards and security, including iFrames, browser contexts, CORS, and XSS.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce (SFDC) development and Canvas app integration.
• Experience integrating with Agent Desktop applications such as Genesys, Zendesk, Cisco, Avaya, NICE, Five9, or Twilio.
• Knowledge of Web Components or frameworks like Angular and React.
