Description

You will lead technical execution for the UI, ensuring adherence to established patterns and frameworks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write production-grade code and conduct rigorous pull request reviews to maintain code quality.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for component reuse and anticipated technical needs with the Architecture team.
• Contribute to Architecture Documentation for new features implemented using known approaches.
• Prioritize and actively monitor solution performance post-deployment, defining improvement plans when criteria are vague.
• Own the resolution of any issues arising after a solution is deployed.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Recent, deep experience with pure React.js, adhering to React 18 best practices (no classical components or HOCs).
• Recent, specific experience with Redux and Redux Sagas; understanding of Saga capabilities beyond simple API calls is mandatory.
• Strong command of TypeScript.
• Demonstrated history of working on long-term projects, preferably 12-14 months on a single application.
• Proven ability to make context-aware technical decisions when guidance is unclear.
• Experience in the full production deployment lifecycle, including ensuring coverage during deployment.
• Familiarity with identifying and addressing gaps in established technical standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to architecture documentation.
• History of resolving post-deployment issues.
