Description

Lead the front-end design, development, and delivery of complex, scalable React.js applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement component-based, reusable UI solutions following modern React patterns.
• Integrate front-end applications with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB) via APIs or GraphQL.
• Guide and mentor the front-end team through code reviews and architectural oversight.
• Define and maintain UI coding standards, performance benchmarks, and accessibility guidelines.
• Implement and maintain automated testing using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• 4+ years of hands-on React.js development with deep knowledge of Hooks, Context API, and state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
• Experience integrating front-end systems with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB) via REST or GraphQL.
• Proficiency with testing frameworks including Jest, Cypress, and React Testing Library.
• Experience leading or mentoring a development team and managing timely delivery.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and Agile/Scrum.
• Experience building scalable UI architectures and micro-frontend frameworks.
